After more than 10 years of providing the best roofing installations throughout the south east, and over 8,000 roofs, John Tanner (CEO and Founder of Amplify Roofing) has followed his true calling to build a company that is not based on massive advertising, call centers, and ballooning overhead like many competitors in the roofing industry. John believes that word of mouth business is better than overpromising anything to make a sale. MEET JOHN
John Tanner has been in the roofing industry since 2005. Though this is not where he thought we would end up, roofing has been a perfect fit. He led a multi-market expansion into Alabama and Tennessee resulting in over $120M in sales. But his greatest joy is the excitement and feeling when customers see their home transformed by a new roof.
John lives in North Cherokee County with his wife and 3 kids. When he isn't on a roof or with a customer he can be seen coaching baseball or teaching his sons golf. You might also catch him in the stands cheering his daughter on as she cheerleads for the middle school football team..
